Weird Discovery
A group of police officers reacted to a report of an animal tied to a tree not far from the city of Algorfa in southeast Spain. Its head was drooped and pointing downwards, and they couldn’t convince the unfortunate animal into looking up at them. They called a local shelter for assistance and then saw the horrific truth.
