Nearly all of the risky motorcycle work was already finished when Naomi Watts learned why she had been feeling different. She estimated that about 90 percent of her stunt material had been completed before discovering she was pregnant, including learning to handle a roughly 400-pound Russian motorcycle for her role as midwife Anna. After the news, enthusiasm for climbing back onto it disappeared quickly.
