But It’s Tofurky
I wonder when these guests were told by their vegetarian hosts, that they weren’t allowed to eat meat in the house: before or after they booked? Some Airbnb owners or hosts have ridiculous requirements – like taking care of a pet they’ve left behind, waiting 5 hours for a repair man, not using the AC, and not talking, walking, or breathing at certain hours.
When do they spring this on the guests? Before or after they book the place? That’s the whole point, isn’t it? If it’s before and the guests agree to whatever ridiculous requirements, rules, or chores the hosts have, then it is their problem. But if it’s after they book, or even worse – after they arrive – that is a whole different issue.
