Diane von Fürstenberg
Diane von Furstenberg became a millionaire as a fashion designer for her most popular piece, the wrap dress. Diane’s rise to prominence came in 1969 after marrying the German Price, Egon von Fürstenberg in 1972. Although they divorced in 1983, she continued using his surname, perhaps to benefit from royal treatment (we would, too).
In 2001, she married Barry Diller, a billionaire and chairman of IAIC and Expedia Group. He also helped found the Fox Broadcasting Company. Although they’re happily married per reports, they don’t live together, despite living in the same city. The ultra-wealthy are just weird like that.
