Two Moose Hunters Came into Chris McCandless and His Bus As They were Out Looking For the Animal.
The body of Chris McCandless was discovered on September 6, 1992, by two moose hunters going through Denali National Park. It’s common knowledge that buses have crumpled notes stuck to their doors, and this particular vehicle was no exception. While Chris explained his plight to the explorer, he made a desperate plea for assistance. Someone had to be there to wait for him when he returned, and he needed it to be you. The hunter had missed his opportunity completely.
Chris was discovered inside and discovered that he had passed away 19 days before their arrival. Chris maintained an in-depth log of his travels right up until the day he passed away. The circumstances surrounding his passing are a mystery, but we know how it all started. Chris gathered his belongings, gave $24,000 (his entire life’s savings) to a charitable organisation, and then headed out into the woods.
