#13: Fanny Packs (Now Called Belt Bags, Apparently)
The humble, kooky fanny pack has gotten a 21st-century facelift as the “belt bag.” It’s the same concept but with a sleeker profile, worn across the waist or like a messenger bag. Perfect for concerts, hikes, errands, or a fun night out with friends, the belt bag has basically devoured the fashion scene, all thanks to those funny vacation bags we insisted on strapping to our torsos in the ’80s and ’90s.
