#19: RAF Neatishead Radar Museum (Norfolk, England)
This vital radar station watched over the British skies in the height of the Cold War. RAF personnel were based there 24/7, scanning for Soviet bombers approaching British airspace. This site was so important to the military because it gave them the early warning needed to scramble fighters and, thus, was the nation’s first defense against a surprise air attack.
