It’s Not A Coincidence
When you see the Amazon logo, the company wants you to know right away that their online marketplace allows you to buy just about anything imaginable. It is not at all a coincidence that the arrow in the company’s logo moves from the letter A to the letter Z. This is because the company’s name begins with those letters.
The first logo that was used when Jeff Bezos started the company in 1994 was nothing compared to this in terms of creativity. As the company expanded their product line and began offering other things in addition to books, the logo was modified to reflect this expansion. The Amazon logo hasn’t always looked like this. The year 2000 marked the beginning of their adoption of this particular one.
