Whether you’re a teenager or a senior citizen, everyone has probably had a date night at some point in their life. This exciting event consists of going to an environment with someone special and enjoying each others’ company while eating food that is usually romanticized by Hollywood.
However, seeing as how every restaurant basically offers the same exact thing, it’s actually very difficult to find a good restaurant that is not only romantic and delicious but also somewhat creepy. For this reason, we have created a list of three unique and eerie places for you to consider next time you plan on going on a date.

The Four Seasons Hotel – New York City, New York
When looking at the Four Seasons Hotel from the outside, it is really just your average hotel with many floors and an indoor fountain. Inside, however, is where the real magic happens.
The moment you enter through the sliding glass doors, you are immediately greeted with an elegant décor that will make anyone swoon. The ceilings are adorned with sparkling chandeliers while Victorian-style chairs and tables rest on top of a beautiful red carpet. Basically, it looks like how a palace would interior.
The Four Seasons isn’t perfect though; it does have a few creepy features such as the hallways that are stained with wine and wallpaper peeling off of the walls. But, what really makes this place stand out is how each room seems to come straight from a fairytale.
For example, there’s one room that contains a fireplace, piano, and even antlers on the wall. Plus, just walking inside is sure to get your imagination going because it looks like something straight out of Beauty and The Beast. While eating in these rooms might be expensive, you are sure to have an experience unlike any other.
Hacienda Los Camilos – Mexico City, Mexico
Upon first glance, you would probably assume that Hacienda Los Camilos is simply a hotel. However, it is actually an old plantation that dates back to the 19th century and has reportedly been haunted since then.
This lavish site offers everything from rooms to private pools for those who like to relax in their spare time. But, this place is unique in the sense that it has an upscale restaurant on top of its list of amenities.
The menu consists of traditional Mexican dishes while there’s also a beautiful view that overlooks the entire plantation.
Of course, you might be wondering how this place became haunted in the first place; well there are actually some pretty creepy stories behind it. According to some of the employees, they have seen the ghost of a young girl walking around one of the pools while others have heard strange noises coming from certain rooms.
If you’re okay with staying in a haunted place though, there’s no doubt that this restaurant will be an amazing experience for both of you especially since its food is top-notch.

The Stanley Hotel – Estes Park, Colorado
If you’re into the paranormal, then this place is for you!
Built in 1909 by F. O. Stanley of Stanley Steamer fame, this hotel was designed to look like a castle along with seven different towers. Today, it remains one of the most haunted hotels in the world with hundreds of ghost sightings reported by guests and staff alike.
For those who don’t know, this place was actually one of the key locations where Stephen King got inspired to write his novel The Shining.
What’s even creepier is that several rooms have been transformed into mock replicas of specific scenes from the book while the bar even has a creepy maze in it.
Even if you’re not into scary attractions, this place is sure to be an unforgettable experience for both of you especially since the food here is amazing.
