You guys know what’s going on with the whole labor shortage thing, right? There isn’t exactly a labor shortage, but there is a shortage of employers who are willing to pay a living wage to their employees. Here’s the perfect example of what we mean.
During an interview, the interviewer said that the position only paid $30,000 annually. That’s hardly enough to survive, let alone save anything! And if the OP wasn’t happy with the offer, they could get up and walk away. Well, that’s exactly what they did. Suck it, interview from a low-paying company. Get used to a lot more walk-outs happening in the near future.
