#24: The Imperial Crown of Austria
Commissioned for Emperor Rudolf II in 1602, this crown features a high arch, enamel panels, and intricate goldwork. It was later adopted as the official crown of the Austrian Empire. Unlike many other European crowns, it was rarely worn, serving instead as a visual symbol of imperial power. Today, it is housed in the Hofburg Palace in Vienna.
