When it comes to helping customers, your likelihood of wanting to help them will be judged on whether or not they are rude. Because either way you are going to have to help them, but your willingness to actually want to help them is subject to change depending on whether they are nice or not.
And it definitely doesn’t help when customers yell at you in hopes of receiving some attention to their problem. I mean, it should be simple to comprehend, but it isn’t. If you scream less, maybe, just maybe customer service would be willing, in fact, maybe even want to help you figure out your issue.
