It can be really frustrating when you are in fighting with a customer, especially because you aren’t exactly allowed to fight with customers. Keeping the peace is of the utmost importance when it comes to customer-employee relations. But sometimes, the planets align and you are granted a gift.
This only happens once in a blue moon, but it is worth waiting for. Proving a customer wrong has to happen in the most specific and delicate of ways so that the customer doesn’t feel as though they have been attacked. So kudos to whoever manages to successfully do this without offending the customer.
