Maybe, But Not Enough
Dealing with rude customers is the absolute worst. There is nothing more draining than having to serve someone who thinks they are above you and what you do. And the worst part about all of it is that you can’t even retaliate because the customer is always right.
Hearing these words come out of a customer’s mouth is the epitome of privilege and capitalism. Sure, I might be getting paid to work here, but certainly not enough to be cleaning up after you and your kids. When the customer only treats you as a service there is something seriously wrong.
