#8: Spaghetti and Meatballs
Despite this iconic dish being a multi-national classic, spaghetti and meatballs night often found Dad in the kitchen with his apron tied for getting down to business. Whether he was making the meatballs from scratch (a variation on Grandma’s recipe) or doctoring up some store-bought ones, we always knew we were in for something delicious when it was his night to cook.
