#1: John Meets Paul (1957)
It was a seemingly ordinary day at a Liverpool church fête. It was probably the most decisive day in the history of popular music. A 16-year-old boy called John met a 15-year-old called Paul. One played in a skiffle band called The Quarrymen; the other was a skilled multi-instrumentalist. The two shook hands and boom! Nothing was ever the same.
