After Bill & Ted’s Excellent Adventure (1989) became a cult favorite, Fox launched the live action series Bill & Ted’s Excellent Adventures (1992). New actors replaced Keanu Reeves and Alex Winter, and the comedy never matched the movies. The show lasted just seven episodes before being canceled.
