Here’s a little-known fact you can whip out at your next trivia date! Susan Egan, the actress who voiced the character Megara also voiced the iconic Belle from Beauty and the Beast! One of the producers on Hercules, however, was against granting her an audition, claiming that the two characters were complete opposites of one another. Egan persisted. Eventually, she auditioned to a blindfolded panel of producers and was given the role only months later.
