Be Strong
There is a belief that the origins of the Easter Bunny can be traced back to the ancient pagan traditions of the March Equinox. Apparently, pagans would praise the sun during this specific time of the year, when a single day would have the most sunlight out of the 365 calendar days of the year.
So, how did their paganistic rituals go? Apparently, they would be happy that their crops would grow in abundance and that they would have enough food to last for the winter. So, that’s not too bad of a ritual, but it does beg the question of why we’ve taken that celebration and adopted it for Easter.
