#4: The Breakfast Paradox
Night workers eventually stop caring what food “belongs” to what hour. Eggs at 6 p.m.? Perfectly logical. Pasta at 7 a.m.? Practically dinner. Coffee before bed? Dangerous, but sometimes emotionally necessary. The schedule scrambles every meal category until breakfast becomes whatever happens after waking up, not whatever the sun approves of. Society may judge, but society also invented “brunch,” so it has no moral authority here.
