Honey
When honey is refrigerated, it crystallises and solidifies, resulting in a sugary sloppy mess on the counter. It is not recommended that you do so. In accordance with experts, honey should be kept in your pantry, away from extreme temperatures. In order to avoid the possibility of botulism, Solid honey won’t be as good i bet.
Honey should never be administered to infants younger than 12 months of age. Honey does not have an expiration date, which may come as a surprise to some people. Honey, on the other hand, due to its properties and high sugar content, may be kept secure from microbes for an extended amount of time if properly stored.
