Eggplant
If you want to use your eggplant within two days after purchasing it, don’t put it in the refrigerator until then. Avoid direct sunlight and maintain a cold, dry environment for it. Eggplants are delicious when served at room temperature, so don’t refrigerate them, for sure, i mean who wishes for their food to go bad.
Refrigerate your eggplants in the crisper drawer of your refrigerator until you’re ready to use them. This will help to extend their shelf life. Keep fruits and vegetables such as bananas, tomatoes, and melons away from eggplants since they generate ethylene gases that can be harmful to them, not only will they destroy the taste but also mayy be dangerous for health.
