Peanut Butter
Peanut butter that does not spread is unappealing to almost everyone who tries it. In reality, there is almost no one. Refrigeration is not required for peanut butter, so avoid storing it in the refrigerator. Keeping peanut butter in the refrigerator causes it to grow hard and dry, making it harder to spread.
A very different story is told when it comes to natural peanut butter. It is advised that natural peanut butter be stored in the refrigerator, which is also recommended by the labels on the majority of these products. It is possible for natural peanut butter to separate and the oil to go rancid if it is not stored at a cold temperature.
