Olive oil
If you want to keep your olive oil fresh, don’t put it in the refrigerator. Refrigerator condensation may have a detrimental impact on the flavour of your olive oil, so make sure to avoid it. As a result, olive oil will become murky and hard as a result of this process. Instead of storing your olive oil in the refrigerator, store it in a well-ventilated, dark cabinet. You should be able to count on it to last at least a year.
An unopened bottle of olive oil will keep for up to two years in the refrigerator. Don’t be alarmed if the consistency of your olive oil changes while it’s stored in the refrigerator. Remove it off the premises. Once the product has reached room temperature, the consistency will return to normal.
