Bananas
The ripeness of your bananas will determine where they are placed before consumption. Bananas should not be refrigerated until they are fully ripe, and their hue will indicate when they are ready to eat. Despite their colour, the bananas are still quite firm, and refrigeration could make them mushy and tasteless.
Bananas that are already ripe but won’t be consumed within the next few days can be stored in the refrigerator to prevent them from spoiling. Also, because of the gas bananas generate, avoid keeping them near other fruits and veggies you don’t want to grow even riper, as the next stage it to rot and spoil.
