Aged Cheese
When it comes to cheese, hard cheeses should never be stored in the refrigerator. Cheese is a dairy product, which may sound unusual, but it’s genuine! In the refrigerator, hard cheese hardens into rock-hard cheese. For hard cheese, a curing process lasting six months is required.
After it has been cured, it is not necessary to keep it refrigerated. Because they are both dark and cool, the pantry or closet are excellent storage spaces for this item. Before storing cheese in the refrigerator, make sure to check that it has been properly aged. It’s not that difficult, right!
