Spices
Spices that have turned dull and clumpy are the worst. When spices are kept in the refrigerator, this is exactly what happens. Don’t even think about it. In dry storage, most ground spices will keep for years, but it refrigerated, it may spoil their taste and texture and may effect the taste of the dish.
You can put your dried spices on a spice rack or kitchen cupboard. They will be more robust, taste better, and smell better if kept at room temperature rather than in the refrigerator or freezer. In the long term, you’ll be glad you did it, as your dishes would love the unrefrigerated spices.
