Salad Dressing
It’s possible to keep some salad dressings out of the fridge even if you’ve just opened them. It comes with the disclaimer that creamy dressings like ranch or the thousand island need to be refrigerated after opening. Most vinaigrettes, on the other hand, don’t need to be refrigerated after opening.
Instead, store the vinaigrette in an airtight food container, such as Pyrex or Tupperware, on the counter in a cool, dry spot and make sure the lid is tightly screwed on. it wont consume alot of space im sure, nd would be good for consumption too, So no refrigeration is a good idea.
