Seared Tuna
It is a common misconception that unopened cans of tuna should be kept in the refrigerator. This is incorrect. For a reason, a can of it is located in the unrefrigerated department of the grocery store, and it contains fish, as you might expect. Keep your tuna cans at room temperature in a pantry.
They can also be stored in cabinets to keep the freshness of the product. After the can has been opened, it is perfectly fine to store it in the refrigerator. It is possible to preserve tuna for up to four days in a tightly sealed container (do not store it in the can!).
