Garlic
You should keep whole bulbs of garlic in a cool, dry place, such as the refrigerator or the pantry. A well-ventilated container is suggested. The moment they are placed in an airtight container, they begin to deteriorate and rot very quickly. Garlic may be kept fresh for several months if it is stored properly.
It is recommended that you use all of the garlic cloves within ten days if the head of the clove is broken. Store this superfood in a cold, dry area to keep it fresh and prevent it from spoiling while in transit, orelse not only your superfood will go bad but your refrigerator would spell garlicky too.
