#10: Ribbon Fries
Ribbon fries exist somewhere between chips and French fries on the potato spectrum. To make these starchy favorites, a whole potato is sliced into one long, continuous ribbon that is then tossed into the deep fryer. What comes out is a tasty dish that is crispy like potato chips, yet a bit thicker like French fries. Load on cheese, sour cream, green onions, and bacon bits.
