#15: Jellied Chicken
You know that coagulated jelly-like substance that you sometimes find on your leftover Thanksgiving turkey or in a can of SPAM? Apparently, some people find that meat-flavored gelatin appealing enough to make it on purpose. Jellied chicken is made by suspending bits of chicken in gelatinous broth and forming it into molds.
