#17: Vinegar Fries
An Americanized version of fish and chips, minus the fish, vinegar fries are a state fair favorite. Tangy vinegar is a welcome change of pace from the typical catsup, ranch, or honey mustard sauce. For some reason, vinegar fries haven’t become a staple of the American diet … but you can always find them at your state fair.
