#2: Tomato Ice Cream
Tomatoes and ice cream may sound like two items that should never be combined, but tomato ice cream has gained a loyal following. This frozen treat is not as tomato-y as you would expect. In fact, it is rather sweet and mild. Still, I wouldn’t recommend putting it on your birthday cake.
