Former Hollywood A-listers who dropped to the lower tiers

Michael J. Fox became a star through Back to the Future (1985) and Family Ties (1982). After being diagnosed with Parkinson’s disease in 1991, he reduced his workload while continuing selected television and film appearances. He also founded a research foundation, making Parkinson’s advocacy central to his public legacy today.
