For the Golden Employee
If your store is so successful, that means you made tons of money that year, right? And if you made tons of money, that means you should share some of those profits with your employees, right? And if you share a portion of the profits with your employees, that means they won’t go on strike, right?

You see, this is the kind of thinking that bosses lack. We’re sick and tired of hearing employers reprimand employees for being “greedy” when we know for a fact that they wouldn’t be happy with a bag of Pepperidge Farm Goldfish, an apple, and a piece of chocolate for Christmas.
