Internet, Do Your Thing
If you want to ruin someone’s career, you post whatever misdeed they did on social media. The old adage that negative news spreads like wildfire is as true in this digital age as it was back when the printing press was still new. Her story on Facebook was shared numerous times. It was so popular that people began boycotting Abuelo’s with their virtual pitchforks and torches. Though Whitney wanted to expose the company for doing her wrong, she never thought that it would reach thousands upon thousands of people.
