Jake started to water the grass around his wife’s grave as a way to honour his late wife. The senior wanted to show his wife that he cared for her by watering the grass during a drought despite the fact that he was aware that such behaviour was frowned upon.
It was only a matter of time before the additional work paid off, and the grass returned to the original shade of emerald green it had been when it had first been planted.
