Book a Seat Above the Wing
Some people love turbulence. We call those people lunatics. Others aren’t very fond of feeling the uncontrollable shaking of the metal deathtrap flying tens of thousands of miles above the ocean. If you call into the latter category, here’s a tip for you.
When you book a flight, try and call dibs on a seat nearby or above the wing. It just so happens turbulence doesn’t affect those seats as violently as other seats, which is good news if you don’t want to barf all over your seatmates. And your seatmates will thank you for not hurling your airplane peanuts and bottle of water all over their laps.
