Set Your Watch to the Local Time
Even though you know where you’re going to travel, and you probably researched the time difference between your city and your destination, you should still set your watch to the local time. That way, you won’t have to do quick math in your head to tell what time it is.
Your phone and smartwatch may automatically adjust to the local time after you’ve installed a new SIM card, but your digital watch won’t. Setting your watch to the local time will sort of help you overcome jetlag unless you arrive in the middle of the night or early hours of the morning.
