Exercise Before Leaving for the Airport
There’s not much you can do to stay comfortable if your flight is scheduled during the busiest hours of the day. What you should do before departing for the airport is try to squeeze in some exercise. Even jogging a few laps around your house can be a good idea.
Exercising boosts endorphins, which you’ll need to ward off grumpiness and be less irritable during your flight. It can also boost your immune system, so you don’t catch any bugs that are coming out of other passengers’ bodies. Plus, you’ll fall asleep quicker. Just make sure you fall asleep after the plane has taken off.
