#10: The Barbados Coffins That Would Not Stay Still
This one should be handled like an old story with a candle beside it, not a court document. The Chase Vault legend from Barbados tells of heavy lead coffins found disturbed inside a sealed family tomb during the early 1800s. Each reopening supposedly revealed disorder where there should have been stillness, and officials eventually removed the coffins rather than keep repeating the same baffling scene. Historians have questioned how reliable the accounts are, which is fair.
