#4: O.J. Simpson’s White Bronco Chase – June 17, 1994
O.J. Simpson, a former football superstar turned murder suspect in the slayings of his ex-wife and her friend, led the police on a low-speed chase down a Los Angeles freeway on a summer evening in 1994. With his friend Al Cowlings behind the wheel, 95 million people watched the Juice get loose in a way they never thought possible. He eventually returned home, where he was arrested, tried, and, famously and controversially, acquitted.
