#14: Man on Your Mind – Little River Band
Perhaps best known from its inclusion in the 1983 film Bad Boys, Little River Band’s “Man on Your Mind” was on our minds for just a little while. This band was the very first Australian rock group to achieve longstanding commercial success in the US, but not all of their songs could be chart topping.
“Man on Your Mind” only hit the charts in the US and Canada. Its top spot was No. 13 on the US Top 100 Singles chart. The song released in 1981 which wasn’t a big year for the band awards-wise though they won several in the years to come.
