#14: Ruffled Duvet Covers
In an attempt to recapture the charming, romantic spirit of the pioneer days, bedding manufacturers in the 1970s gave us ruffled bedspreads and duvet covers, often in calico print. Every ‘70s girl wanted her bedroom to look like Holly Hobbie lived there.
