What Challenges Face Those Who are Without a Home
Cindy was well aware of the fact that there were not many individuals who would put themselves in danger in order to help a man who was homeless. On the other hand, she was aware of the challenges that those who lived on the street faced and she had compassion for them.
The homeless population has a much greater incidence of unintended injuries, such as cuts and burns, as compared to the average population’s rate of having these types of injuries. If residents of Canada are not appropriately equipped for the severe winter weather, they run the risk of suffering frostbite, hypothermia, and even death.
