The One Who Bought it
The chef was taken aback, but that was the least of his worries; after all, a poor review could be the beginning of the end for his restaurant. Last week, I made the purchase that gave me the bulk of this restaurant’s equity. As a direct consequence of this, I am now in charge of running this diner.
In a short amount of time, it was very evident to me that this restaurant was not well managed in any way. The man who had previously lived on the streets snarled at the cook, “This is why I’m fired.” “Your food is so bad that it’s not even edible.” Because my previous trip there was less than satisfying, I’ve opted to observe the situation from a distance in the future.
