Avery Dunn-Bratcher, and Ashely
Ashley suffered sexual abuse as a youngster, which led to the development of an eating disorder that was motivated by her desire to reduce her weight. With the assistance of her physicians, she was able to shed a total of 400 pounds. She claims that she has profited immensely from a change in her perspective during the course of her adventure. If I’m genuinely hungry, I’ll eat something. When I’m in the mood for a change, which isn’t always easy, I attempt to think of something else instead. I take a walk. We always have a good time when we’re together, my dogs and I. I’ve been thinking about starting a diary since I hear it’s an excellent way to learn new things.
