Cucumbers are absolutely great for your health. They are low in carbs and calories while being full of vitamins and minerals like vitamin C, vitamin K, magnesium, potassium, and manganese. They are also the perfect food to snack on when you’re on a diet and they keep you hydrated.
Eat them plain or dip them in something delicious like hummus or Tzatziki. Did you know that while cucumbers are commonly thought to be vegetables, they are actually fruits? Yeah, we’re surprised too. Almost as surprised as this OP was when they found this rather questionable cucumber at the supermarket. See what we did there? Ha!
