First impressions
At first, Ehsan didn’t know what to think about Tracie and Myles. We can only assume that he was bitter about having to sell his beloved home, so he projected that onto them. Tracie and Myles would both go on to say that they weren’t very taken aback by him when they first met.
He was grumpy and didn’t want to talk too much about the house, it seemed like a painful subject for him. But he sat there and listened to what the young couple had to say. He did like their story on some level, it reminded him of himself years ago, which only made him more bitter.
